1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jetba ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). jetba is an online gaming and betting service platform that provides slot games, live casino and sports betting to users in Bangladesh.

3 Account Management

Updating Account Information

If your personal details change (such as your email address, phone number or payment method), update them immediately through your account settings. jetba will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

Single Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same person, the same household, the same IP address or the same device is strictly prohibited. If detected, the additional accounts will be closed and any bonuses and winnings earned may be cancelled.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, funds must be deposited into the account for the first time after registration.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can be received only once per account.
• If the bonus is not used within the specified time period, it will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another person.
• If a deposit request is cancelled after a bonus has been received, the bonus will also be cancelled.

VIP Program

The jetba VIP program has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier: Bronze members receive up to 0.2%, Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.7%, Platinum 1.0%, and Diamond members receive up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Eligibility for advancement to a VIP tier is determined at the platform's discretion.

6 Gaming Rules

Fair Play

jetba follows a fair play policy. The outcome of all games is determined by verifiable random number generator (RNG) technology. Any attempt to interfere with game results or gain an unfair advantage will result in account closure.

Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. We reserve the right to change betting limits at any time.

Technical Issues

If a connection is lost mid-game due to a server interruption, internet issues or any other technical reason, we will attempt to refund the wagered amount. However, the result of an ongoing game may be voided. jetba's decision on this matter is final.

8 Limitation of Liability

jetba accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by a user's internet disconnection.
• Loss of funds resulting from the user's own negligence or poor decisions.
• Technical errors on the part of third-party game providers.
• External circumstances such as natural disasters, government directives or other uncontrollable factors.
• Account details falling into the hands of a third party due to the user's own negligence.

jetba's maximum liability shall not under any circumstances exceed the amount you have deposited.
